I was inspired by the Woman's March to design the Women's Healing Rattle, but now am adding a bit more juice as the times demand. These Battle Rattles are made from Elk and measure 7 1/2" across and about 7" high, flat measure before sewing and stuffing (plus stick). Elk is associated with Will and Stamina, and brings a supportive warrior energy.

Jasper is considered a warrior's stone, bringing both inner strength and support for standing up for what you believe in. It is especially useful as a power stone for those who stand for justice and fair play, and is useful in rectifying unjust situations.

We add rosemary, both for its protective nature but also because folk wisdom declares that where rosemary grows well, the woman is in charge.

We are also adding Black Cohosh, for love, courage, protection and potency, and because it has been a traditional part of women's medicine for a very long time.

This is a very special rattle. It was made to bring in powerful women's magic for personal autonomy & protection. Women's medicine pouches were traditionally made of otter, and the otter fur decorating this rattle brings in that powerful energy.

This rattle is made from dyed elk rawhide with a willow stick. Willow is considered to be feminine in nature. Corn is the traditional filling for these rattles, and we add jasper, rosemary and black cohosh. I also add sage for cleansing. As well as being a great sounding, fully functional rattle, this is an individual work of art. A red suede handle can be added if desired.

This series of rattles are made to manifest specific energies. The shape of the rattle, the colors used for decorations, the herbs and semiprecious stones used inside...all contribute to making each rattle a tool for focusing your work.

This rattle is made to focus strength and will. The shape is a five-pointed star, representing the four elements ruled by spirit. It is sewn in red and decorated in reds and oranges, bringing forth the fire. Inside, representing strength, there are Garnets & Bay Laurel. Also inside is sage for cleansing and protection and corn for sound.

The rattle itself is made from Deer and the handle was gathered by me in one of my favorite sacred places.

Rose Quartz is a beautiful stone, opening the heart to deep inner healing, self-love and feelings of peace. It has a gentle & sweet energy.

We add Red Clover, which has been found to contain estrogen mimicking flavonoids, known as phytoestrogens. It is also a traditional healing herb and has been used traditionally in women's medicine.
