This rattle is made from deer rawhide with a stick we gathered at the Sandy River in Oregon, sewn with blue sinew and decorated with blue & black deer suede, accented with dark rabbit fur. Deer rattles have a bright sound. Corn is the traditional filling for these rattles. I also add sage for cleansing. As well as being a great sounding, fully functional rattle, this is an individual work of art. It measures about 17" in length.
