16" Non-traditional Bodhran in Goat, Deer or Horse Rawhide (DEER IS OUT OF STOCK)
This drum is made in the style of Celtic bodhrans. The thin goat, deer or horse head is attached with wooden pegs, and the wooden handle is dowelled into place in a commercial maple rim ( 4" deep). Because no metal or artificial substances are used in the construction of these drums, they are excellent for working with the fair folk or other sensitive beings. They come with a standard wooden tipper, please let us know if you would prefer a basic beater.
