Using vowels in magic, exercises for strength, protection, 3rd eye and chakra activation. Suggested donation for materials and time is $20 per person.
Classes start at 6:15 pm and require pre-registration and payment either by phone (503-933-9038), in the Shop, or on our website at www.gaiasworkshop.com/events. Space is limited. No recording allowed, please bring notebook and pen, as well as water to drink.
